DaVida Behavioral Systems develops standardized clinical frameworks that improve documentation accuracy, early risk detection, and care coordination — empowering behavioral health organizations to deliver more consistent, equitable outcomes.
The U.S. mental health crisis is not solely a supply problem. Even with over 1.2 million behavioral health providers nationally, fragmented documentation, inconsistent assessment practices, and poor care coordination prevent millions from receiving effective treatment.
Without standardized clinical infrastructure, providers struggle to track patient progress, detect risks early, or collaborate across teams — limiting the effectiveness of every clinician in the system.
DaVida Behavioral Systems addresses these structural gaps by building the frameworks and workflows that make organized, consistent, and coordinated care possible at scale.
Our frameworks and integration services give behavioral health organizations the standardized tools they need to improve consistency, coordination, and outcomes — without replacing clinical judgment.
Measurement-based clinical architectures that standardize symptom evaluation, intake processes, and treatment response tracking across your organization.
Structured templates that link assessments, progress records, and treatment planning into unified, consistent formats your entire team can rely on.
Session-to-session tracking structures that surface clinical patterns earlier — enabling faster recognition of changes in patient status.
Defined monitoring pathways that organize warning signs into clear, accountable documentation — supporting consistent, evidence-driven intervention.
Standardized instruments capturing social, cultural, and environmental factors — ensuring care is informed, equitable, and contextually grounded.
Hands-on implementation support, staff orientation, and quality alignment to ensure your organization adopts and sustains standardized processes.
We don't replace clinical expertise — we amplify it. Our frameworks are designed by a licensed social worker and therapist who understands the documentation challenges providers face every day.

Oaklawn Psychiatric Center, South Bend, IN
Davida Agyapomaa Acheampong, LSW, brings a rare combination of clinical practice, social work research, policy expertise, and international experience to the work of building better behavioral health infrastructure. As a licensed Social Worker at Oaklawn Psychiatric Center in South Bend, Indiana, she works daily with the documentation and coordination challenges that her frameworks are designed to solve.
Her academic foundation includes a Master of Social Work and a Master of Education, alongside studies in Sociology and Social and Cultural Anthropology — giving her a nuanced understanding of both the clinical and cultural dimensions of mental health care.
Prior to founding DaVida Behavioral Systems, she served as a Research Graduate Assistant in Ball State University's Department of Social Work and completed an internship at the Ball State University Counseling Center. She also brings significant international experience from her work in Ghana, where she served as Research and Planning Personnel within the Department of Gender at the Ministry of Gender, Children and Social Protection.
During the critical documentation and facilitation phase of the Affirmative Action (Gender Equality) Bill, Davida was a core member of the Department of Gender's policy facilitation team — contributing specialized research, analytical insight, and planning expertise to a nationally significant legislative reform effort that advanced gender equity at the highest levels of government.
Her work in suicide and self-harm risk assessment, trauma-informed care, and multicultural counseling directly informs the design of the company's risk-tracking frameworks and culturally responsive context-mapping tools. She holds certifications in care plan management, mental health support, adult and children safeguarding, and disability support — grounding every product in both clinical evidence and ethical responsibility.
Every framework we create is anchored in the same principles that guide great clinical care.
Every framework is grounded in validated clinical research and nationally recognized standards — not guesswork or generic templates.
Cultural responsiveness is not an add-on. It is built into every assessment tool and context-mapping instrument we develop.
Our systems are designed by a practicing licensed social worker and clinician, for practicing clinicians — built to integrate into real workflows, not create new burdens.
